Papworth Printwork's
As part of the new housing estate just behind this project, the developer was tasked with creating a community hub, where the local residents could meet, eat, drink and socialise. The result was the restoration of this old printing press building. Converted to house a micro brewery, and pizzaria, rentable office and function space for the community.
A 73.5kW 3-pipe VRF heat recovery air conditioning system, 5 1000CFM heat recovery units, and local extract ventilation. A fully exposed industrial look to compliment the buildings industrial history.
