As part of the new housing estate just behind this project, the developer was tasked with creating a community hub, where the local residents could meet, eat, drink and socialise. The result was the restoration of this old printing press building. Converted to house a micro brewery, and pizzaria, rentable office and function space for the community. 

A 73.5kW 3-pipe VRF heat recovery air conditioning system, 5 1000CFM heat recovery units, and local extract ventilation. A fully exposed industrial look to compliment the buildings industrial history. 

In this stunning new build property in Sheffield the client had two requirements. 

1 - They needed a nice cool nights sleep in summer. 

2 - They didn't want the unit to look like it had just been taken from the office. 

I think you'll agree these Toshiba Haori units tick both boxes. Colour matched to the existing decor with the option of changing the colour should the client redecorate in the future. 

We have recently had the pleasure of being involved with Trust Ford. We were involved from the very beginning of this project in helping design the system to ensure the building had energy efficient heating and cooling year round. Paired with the base build solar this should help keep the heating costs nice and low through winter! 

A mixture of 3 pipe VRF and single split systems service the offices, showroom and workshop areas keeping even the mechanics nice and toasty! 

Fresh air is taken care of by way of MHI SAF heat recovery units throughout. 

A new office unit built in Bakewell, Derbyshire. We were brought in to offer a solution to keeping the building cool in summer due to the huge glass wall of the building, and warm in winter with energy efficient heating.

A combination of single split cassettes, twin cassettes and a whopping 28kW ducted unit keep the temperature nice and comfortable year round in this commercial unit.

Lovely little install in this house in Rotherham. 

Master bedroom and lounge both taken care of with this two way multi system. All outdoor pipework concealed in black trunking to keep the install nice and sleek. 

Nice little MHI 5kW premium spec wall mounted system installed for this returning customer. This time for their lounge / kitchen areas. Paired with their solar panel system they have now beat the system and get free heating and cooling year round. Not only that, they also managed to bag this install with 0% VAT! 

This beautiful house in Sheffield was struggling to maintain a comfortable temperature during the recent heat waves so we supplies and installed this Fujitsu 5.0kW multi outdoor unit serving 2 bedrooms. All pipework concealed within black Inaba Denko trunking to keep the installation looking clean. 

Working alongside our friends over at SDE Group, we have just completed and handed over this new Ford Parts Plus located in Croydon, London. 

This involved the supply and installation of 3 Mitsubishi Heavy Industries wall mounted units, and a twin split compact cassette system. Ventilation was taken care of with a SAF800E7 heat recovery ventilation unit to ensure clean and comfortable air being supplied into the offices. 

This customer had a 2.5kW and a 3.4kW Fujitsu wall mounted system installed in their bedroom and lounge areas with the outdoor pipework that is visible from the street all concealed in black trunking to keep everything nice and clean! 

A long-term maintenance relationship with the countries biggest BMW/MINI dealership. We visit the site regular to ensure that all the Mitsubishi Electric VRF systems are kept in tip top condition providing the 5 acre site with accurate temperature control year round.

As part of our commitment to ensuring that the equipment we install continues to perform as well as the day we installed it, we have returned to site to carry out out a 6 monthly maintenance checks, this time in Edinburgh at the Blue Whale Spa showroom. 

A recent project carried out in the famous Meadowhall shopping centre for one of our most recent clients, Phase Eight and Hobbs clothing stores. 

6 x 8.5kW Fujitsu cassettes in the main store areas and 2 x 5kW compact cassettes in the changing rooms. 

As part of the ongoing store roll out nationwide, we are integral to the heating installation ensuring that customers and store staff are kept comfortably warm throughout winter with energy efficient air to air heat pump technology.

This hot tub showroom required a lot of ventilation due to having several display units up and running causing high levels of humidity and heat gain. Mitsubishi SAF heat recovery ventilation units paired with a triple split air conditioning system was chosen to meet the customers needs. 

A recently acquired project to maintain the Prezzo flagship restaurant and head office in Islington Square, that has had Daikin VRV W+ Loop technology installed.

A long standing customer, with a Daikin VRV III system supplying 26 indoor cassettes of various sizes we visit this customer regular to ensure the system is always working as well as the day it was installed a decade ago.

Starting last year we partnered up with Laser Clinic to assist in the nationwide roll out of several new stores. Each of these stores requires cooling to the treatment rooms to ensure customer comfort. Compact cassettes and heat recovery ventilation are the choice options here to blend in with the compact layout of the rooms.
